1. Who we are
This website is operated by Narrevo Pte. Ltd. (“Narrevo Studios”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202616761R) with its registered address at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).
2. What we collect
- Information you give us — when you use our enquiry form or email us: your name, email address, company, role, and any project details you choose to share.
- Technical information — our web server records standard log data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
3. How we use it
- to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential projects;
- to prepare proposals and, if we work together, to manage our business relationship;
- to protect the website against abuse and spam; and
- to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
4. Consent
By submitting the enquiry form or emailing us, you consent to our use of your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; we will then stop using your data for those purposes, which may mean we can no longer respond to your enquiry.
5. Sharing and transfer
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business — such as our website hosting and email providers — under appropriate confidentiality obligations. Some of these providers store data outside Singapore. Where data is transferred overseas, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
6. Retention and security
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect it.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, ask how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, or ask us to correct it. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and in any case within the timeframes set by the PDPA.
